An upload portal with your name on it
Your clients open a page on your own address, see your logo and a short instruction, and drop their files. No account, no password to remember. Invite-only portals give each client a personal link with a code.
Checklists and reminders
List the documents you need — bank statements, payroll summaries, receipts — and mark which are required. Uploaders tick what each file fulfils; the portal shows what is missing and emails a reminder on the schedule you set until the list is complete.
Encrypted before it leaves the client's computer
Uploads are encrypted in the client's browser to your key, or to your firm's team key so any colleague can open them. Removing a colleague rotates the key. Vessio never sees the contents; it is a processor for the ciphertext only, with a DPA ready to sign.
Hold, review, accept
Portals can hold every upload until you accept it, so nothing lands in a client file by mistake. Every action is in the audit log.
